What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Driver position at Modern Nissan of Lake Norman?
Come join our team of talented parts professionals at Modern Nissan of Lake Norman for an entry level parts driver/associate! Responsibilities for this position include:
- Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
- Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up and delivery
- Keeps an accurate running log of daily deliveries and pick-ups on our spreadsheet(excel).
- Perform stock and special orders. Receipt parts deliveries. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and accurate counts of inventory with assistance from the parts team.
- Assist with customer sales and consultations at the retail, service, and wholesale counter.
Qualified candidates are highly organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. General Automotive knowledge required. Applicants may be asked occasionally to lift 70-150 lbs. A High school diploma (or GED) and a North Carolina driver’s license is required.
