About This Role
We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our growing organization – this will be a wide-ranging role with the potential to touch nearly every aspect of operating a modern health tech and care delivery company.
This role is expected to be hybrid, commuting to our Dallas office ~1x/week, with potential to increase over time. While listed as full-time, we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
Here’s a sampling of your areas of responsibility:
- Execute growth strategies in our Dallas market
- Manage patient scheduling and billing
- Manage provider operations, including call schedule and inventory oversight
- Manage vendor relationships and medical supply procurement
- Manage compliance with healthcare regulations
- Supervise admin team
