What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Brand Ambassador position at Modern Re-Bath LLC?
Re-Bath is the largest complete bathroom remodeler and Modern ReBath is a locally owned family business that is growing!
We are looking to hire an outgoing and enthusiastic full time Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate you will drive our car to visit our local retailers that support our services, form excellent client relationships, educate retail team members regarding our products, services, and drive lead generation efforts. Coordinate, schedule and present at product knowledge meetings and drive leads from qualified homeowners each week.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
- Drive to locations throughout South East Wisconsin, Lake County and McHenry County.
- Educating customers and retailers about our products
- Building rapport with customers and vendors
- Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns
- Representing the company at retail venues, events, and trade shows
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to travel locally in our vehicle
- Must be able to stand/walk for 4-6 hours
- Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
