Responsibilities
- Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties by providing exceptional customer service and property leasing expertise.
- Manage property listings and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Utilize technology and software such as Appfolio and YGL for efficient property management.
- Negotiate lease agreements and handle tenant inquiries while maintaining knowledge of landlord-tenant laws.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to streamline operations.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients and address any conflicts that may arise.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
