Modern Remodeling is an industry leading insurance restoration contractor with over 30 years in business. We are seeking motivated, energetic, and driven Roofing Sales Associates to join our Storm Restoration team. As a Roofing Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with homeowners and insurance carriers to assess storm damage to roofs and provide solutions for restoration.

- Base salary of $41,600 plus commissions.
- Average Roofing Sales Associate at Modern Remodeling makes between $80k -$130K per year
- Majority of you day is spent in the field instead of behind a desk
- Hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00am-7:00pm and on Saturdays between 9:00am-3:00pm. Schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels including canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine storm damage
- Provide customers with recommended solutions for restoration
- Build relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders in the Storm Restoration Industry
- Work with customers to select new roofing and siding materials for their projects
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and insurance companies
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have a clean Driving Record and must be able to pass a Background Check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to climb ladders and access roofs
- Must be presentable in person, energetic, hardworking, with strong social/people skills and a strong work ethic
- Proficient with both written communication and computer skills
- Past sales or experience in construction is desired but not necessary
