Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential roofing projects, including site visits and consultations.
- Utilize Job Nimbus and other CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Execute direct sales strategies to penetrate new markets while also nurturing existing accounts for upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to set achievable targets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in roofing solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales within the roofing or construction industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with use of CRM System
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in technology sales or upselling is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
