Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of potential roofing projects, including site visits and consultations.
  • Utilize Job Nimbus and other CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Execute direct sales strategies to penetrate new markets while also nurturing existing accounts for upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to set achievable targets and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in roofing solutions.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales within the roofing or construction industry is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with use of CRM System
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in technology sales or upselling is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Driver's license
  • Ability to perform the physical functions of the job, including climbing to roofs and into attics
  • Willingness to learn and overcome new challenges!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,606.00 - $195,000.00 per year
