QUALIFICATIONS:

• · Must have 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist to apply.
• · Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• · High school diploma or equivalent.
• · Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• · Ability to multi-task.
• · Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• · Knowledge and experience with a Windows-based computer system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Office Coordinator
• Answering phone calls in a friendly tone.
• Greet customers and staff daily.
• Office organization (tidy up).
• File Claims to the insurance company.
• Returning all calls, texts, emails, and missed calls promptly.
• Call on supplements daily.
• Obtain estimates from Insurance companies
• Completing invoice finalization
• Maintaining spreadsheets regularly
• Requesting re-inspections.
• Following up on back-end checks after completion of the job.
• Putting together folders.
• Copies.
• Customer reviews after completion of job.
• Thank you notes to our valued customers.
• Ordering supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
