ROOFING SALES MANAGER

We’re seeking a Sales manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills and deep understanding of the roofing industry. The Sales Manager will hire and grow the sales team. This role involves developing, coaching and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives and driving growth through excellent customer service and innovative sales techniques. 

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and develops teamwork in the Sales Department
• Develops sales plans to support the overall company revenue goals
• Responsible for tactics and strategies to support the achievement of sales forecast and goals
• Assures sales funnel is continuously maintained and updated
• Reviews and approves major sales proposals
• Coaches and continually reinforces Customer-Focused Selling to best service the customer
• Spends 1-on-1 time with Sales Reps coaching and training to improve sales skills
• Leads timely Sales meetings to discuss the market and sales strategy
• Meets or exceeds agreed upon sales goals established for Sales Team and Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience
• Prior experience managing a roofing sales team (2 Years)
• 2 Years’ Roofing Experience
• Able to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems, particularity Acculynx
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: W-2

Pay: $50,000-$100,000 (salary commission)
