Modern Spare is a local small business looking to hire a part time (approximately 15-30 hours per week) operations member to actively help grow our organization and become directly involved in the company’s success. This job is for you if value a flexible schedule and are self motivated.
We value ambition but also enjoy a fun and relaxed work environment. We are primarily an ecommerce company that specializes in producing and selling specialized high end auto parts worldwide. An interest and understanding of cars is very helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate will be self disciplined, organized, and highly motivated.

In this position you will be working within operations to assemble customer orders for shipment and aid in operations management. Key responsibilities are as follows:
Work with a team of 4-6 employees
Assemble, pack, and ship orders
Print shipping labels
Implement efficiency processes
Being a smaller company a team member will often wear “multiple hats” and must have the ability to solve problems and think critically. This being said, we are a rapidly growing company with significant opportunity for employee advancement. This position offers the ability to transition into a full time position with higher level responsibilities if desired. Given the nature of our business we offer a highly flexible schedule with the ability to work various hours. This position is ideal for a student or those needing a flexible schedule.

Experience in the Automotive industry, or a general understanding of the basic components of vehicles (brakes, wheels, tires, etc)
**Application & Interview Process**
This position utilizes a "working interview process" that is paid. In this process, you will work two seperate 4 hour shifts that are paid at $15 per hour ($60 per shift). This allows candidates to get a realistic preview of the position, as well as the ability to demonstrate your work ethic and compentency for the position. If performance is suitable within these two shifts, a job offer will be extended.
