Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of the Space Systems and Hardware Integration for Novel Space Experiments (SSHINE) program.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of systems engineering plans and documentation
- Providing technical support to RVEX, including mission, architecture, and system performance analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and maximize operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in systems engineering on complex defence systems
- Experience working on DoD space missions and programs
- Knowledge of DoD systems engineering best practices and procedures
