Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Representative with MTSI, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain professional and welcoming front desk & lobby area
  • Screen visitors before allowing access to building, notify appropriate persons)
  • Maintain visitor log
  • Escort visitors within the facility
  • Order supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate employee
  • Drafting correspondences or messages
  • Receive packages and shipments
  • Collect and distribute mail daily
  • Track inventory and reorder supplies – office supplies as well as kitchen necessities
  • Assist with planning and execution of work lunches and events
  • Assist with conference center events
  • Drafting correspondences or messages

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Fast learner and can-do attitude
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy times
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision, self-motivated with attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent
  • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
  • Customer service: 10 years (Preferred)
Clearance Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
