Job Summary
As a Senior Program Lead for Space Capabilities, you will be responsible for providing system engineering technical assistance to the Space Rapid Capabilities Office at Kirtland AFB, NM.
This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in DoD program management, system engineering, and stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-pressure environments, delivering critical results for national defense projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide SETA support to the Space RCO
- Foster collaboration among stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of space capabilities
- Develop and field new, highly classified space capabilities for operations
- Advise on design challenges, operational delivery, and integration
- Support system program reviews
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in DoD/IC or relevant industry
- Experience at the MAJCOM/Field Command staff level or higher
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility
