We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Technical Lead to join our team at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. This position plays a critical role in supporting classified systems within a Program Management Office (PMO) and involves developing system requirements, overseeing vendor performance, and providing risk assessments while ensuring adherence to military standards.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in systems engineering within a defense acquisition context, making them an essential asset in enhancing the capabilities of military platforms. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and advice on current and future program design, development, procurement, testing, and fielding of classified systems for unique platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in translating warfighter capabilities requirements into system development requirements.
- Perform technical and mission analyses of existing and future operational requirements.
- Develop subsystem concepts and perform technological/trade-off assessment of proposed designs/modifications.
- Provide technical and programmatic feedback and advice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) or Military Industrial Complex work experience.
- No less than three (3) years' experience in the last five (5) years in a Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environment (waiverable).
