About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director for Digital Transformation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience in leading technical teams in implementing open architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical teams in implementing digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and RFP packages
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

  • 6-8 years' of experience in software engineering or a closely related field
  • Experience working with or within open architecture vendor consortiums
  • Proficiency with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and DevSecOps pipeline tooling and design activities
