Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a System Requirements Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for updating, maintaining, and managing the MDA/BC requirements database using requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS).
As a System Requirements Specialist, you will ensure requirements traceability across various levels of requirements decomposition and utilize IBM DOORS eXtension Language (DXL) to develop scripts for automation, reporting, and data analysis. You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and key stakeholders to integrate IBM DOORS with other tools (e.g., IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management, JIRA, MATLAB, etc.).
You will also provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to MDA/BC personnel on IBM DOORS usage and best practices. A Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience are required. Active Secret clearance is necessary. Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and integration tools and methodologies for connecting IBM DOORS with other tools is desirable.
