We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Development Manager to join our team at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI). In this role, you will be responsible for providing operations analysis and modeling and simulation support to the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) for acquisition and technology development programs focused on air systems survivability and lethality.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the government/contractor team to develop capabilities for the Department of the Air Force, utilizing your expertise in operational analysis and modeling and simulation (M&S) to identify capabilities required to defeat emerging threats.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing operations analysis and modeling and simulation support to the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) for acquisition and technology development programs focused on air systems survivability and lethality.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the government/contractor team to develop capabilities for the Department of the Air Force, utilizing your expertise in operational analysis and modeling and simulation (M&S) to identify capabilities required to defeat emerging threats.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and maintaining large force exercises, working with engineers and scientists to refine analysis plans of objectives to aid technology development.
- Assisting in the annual program planning and prioritization of analysis topics, communicating technically complex material to senior decision makers and major stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the intelligence community to identify threats to US multi-domain kill chains.
- Ensuring accuracy of analysis trade space with regard to Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and at least 10 years of experience with operations analysis or Modeling and Simulation, preferably working with the US Air Force Warfare Center and developing large force exercises.
A Master's degree in a similar field is highly desired, along with experience working with the intelligence community and DoD acquisition, requirements planning, and mission design.
