What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychotherapist, Private Practice position at Modern Thrive Counseling?
Looking for a small group practice that values your creativity, energy, and ideas? Modern Thrive Counseling is seeking fully licensed mental health professionals (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide compassionate therapy and are available for at least 15 sessions/week. Please note that we are unable to employ in-training licenses at this time.
We are a growing practice with a passion for connection! We are a brick & mortar practice and we are so happy to provide in-person and telehealth therapy. Modern Thrive Counseling is woman-owned, and we provide individualized care and consideration for clients and therapists alike.
We provide office space, referrals, and assistance with attracting your ideal clients in our Madison office. We are a private practice that is passionate about building a fun, collaborative, and inviting group practice! Cultivating a successful private practice requires self-starters so we are looking for someone who is very passionate, has a clear focus or excitement for finding their niche/clients they'd like to work with, and will join with ideas on how to build their brand! You should have an entrepreneurial spirit and confidence if you are applying for this position.
Position includes competitive fee-for-service pay as a W2 employee, flexible scheduling with hybrid and/or Telehealth options, and 401K.
