As a Senior Client Advisor, your main focus will be on client retention and the comprehensive review and presentation of financial plans and investment recommendations to existing clients independently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead ongoing meetings with clients once they transition from prospects to valued clients.
- Address complex financial planning, estate planning, tax, and retirement challenges.
- Oversee lead flow management, contact efforts, and follow-up strategies.
- Contribute to the investment management committee and shape firm investment strategies tailored for clients.
- Collaborate with Senior Advisors to effectively manage and leverage tasks for the top 20% of clients.
- Support and enhance marketing initiatives for the Senior Advisors.
- Supervise and guide all Relationship Managers under your charge.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Coach and mentor Relationship Managers to enhance their skills.
- Assist the marketing team with content creation and related tasks.
- Continuously monitor opportunities within each client's investment portfolio.
- Evaluate sales flow and processes, providing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist Relationship Managers with managing bookings schedules for the entire team.
