Agency Contract Supervisor

We are seeking an Agency Contract Supervisor to lead our Agency Contract department, which plays a crucial role in onboarding, contracting, licensing, and financing our field force. Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan, organize and administer the daily operations of the Agency Contract department.
• Instruct, answer questions, delegate and review the work of the department to ensure efficient, timely and accurate work processing.
• Develop, update, recommend improvements and coordinate departmental systems and procedures.
• Act as a liaison with Information Technology for technical changes.
• Comply with, support and enforce policies and procedures.
• Communicate and maintain good rapport with colleagues, staff and the field leadership.
• Inform the department manager of progress, issues, problems and successes.
• Develop and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Develop and maintain a well-trained staff.
• Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
• Participate in department and Modern Woodmen projects and committees as assigned.

What we need:

• Bachelor’s degree required and five years related experience required.
• LOMA Fellowship.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal staff and field leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with peers, employees, management and field leadership.
• Strong leadership abilities to coach employees to accomplish department goals and related tasks including recruiting, selecting, training, motivating, and managing employee performance.

What we offer:

• Pay: The annual pay range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
• Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7:00AM-9:00AM. Hybrid positions work at least 3 days in office and the remaining days each week working from home. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (5 days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year.
