Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Specialist. Competitive compensation however depends on experience. Full Time or Part Time.
Responsibilities
- The primary role of the Advisor Assistant will be to provide administrative support to advisors, including all daily tasks provided by the advisor(s)
- This would include resolving notifications, opening accounts, moving money, transferring accounts, and working directly with clients to complete any of these tasks
- Daily direct communication with advisors and clients
- Research complex situations, set client expectations, and define the actions necessary, to resolve inquiries promptly
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure client's expectations for timely service delivery are met
- CRM management and assist the advisor in preparation for upcoming client meetings (i.e., paperwork, requirements, etc.)
- Provide daily recaps to the advisor summarizing work completed
