Program Overview
During this 8-week program, you will learn what it takes to be a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen. You will learn how to build and maintain relationships, learn about our financial products, our company language and culture, and how to be a successful financial representative.
- Hybrid Style
- First 4 weeks will be "Educational"
- Second 4 weeks will be "Field Training"
- Ideally enrolled as a Junior or Senior in College
What We Need from You
- Willing to build and maintain relationships
- An eager-to-learn and positive attitude
- Desire to learn about comprehensive financial planning for clients
- Attention to detail
- Being an entrepreneur in the Financial Services realm
- Be from Mississippi, Southern Alabama, or the Florida Panhandle and want to make an impact on your local community

- How to study and pass your licensure exams
