Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, greet visitors, answer incoming communications, and update social media.
- Distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, updating as needed.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers on behalf of the company.
- Develop and maintain contact lists, communicating with members as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and excellent time management skills.
