**Description:**
We are seeking skilled and experienced landscape construction crew members to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in the landscape construction industry, along with dedication and a strong work ethic.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage your time effectively and complete daily tasks and duties efficiently.
- Show reliability by arriving ready to work. Be trustworthy with equipment and respectful to clients properties and other trades.
- Demonstrate versatility by being able to perform various tasks, including digging, irrigation, planting, and outdoor lighting. During the off-season, responsibilities will include snow removal.
- Understand and interpret blueprints for each scope of work, irrigation, planting, grading and hardscape.
**Requirements:**
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license for the state of Utah and a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive between job sites and maintain clean, professional work environments.
- Consistent in performance.
- Capability to lift 100lbs objects regularly and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Experience in operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment, such as excavators, skid-steers, loaders, and compactors.
- Knowledge of materials, including hardscape, plants, and irrigation systems.
- Prior experience in the industry is preferred, but we are willing to train those who are eager to learn.
Our office is located in Northern Utah.
