Key responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, assisting the chiropractor during examinations and treatments, conducting consultations, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining a clean and organized environment, educating patients on treatment options, handling insurance verification and billing processes, and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, including children. They should be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, have an eagerness to learn and an open mind toward holistic healing practices, and proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software.
