Key Responsibilities:
- Create Estimates: Use 20/20 Design software to create accurate estimates and visual designs based on customer specifications.
- New Business Development: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Customer Consultations & Design Support: Assist customers with their kitchen and bath designs, providing expert recommendations using 20/20 Design.
- Order Management: Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate communication with internal teams to meet project deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure seamless project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Building: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- 20/20 Design Experience Required: Proficiency in 20/20 Design software is essential for creating customer estimates and design solutions.
- Sales Experience Required: Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or account management role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Computer/Software Literate: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other software tools.
- Experience in kitchen and bath sales
- Knowledge of the dealer/wholesale industry
- Customer Service Focus: A commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and resolving issues promptly.
