Our Traverse City, MI location is currently looking for aBranch Manager to develop and lead our growing team of technicians in this region. This position will require an entrepreneurial spirit for this newer market. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and coaching a team and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches. The perfect candidate will hold the bar high when it comes to customer service and be capable of motivating other to be their best. This position requires the ability to successfully wear multiple hats. In order to succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and be a truly outstanding communicator.

- Serve as the liaison of your branch to other departments (Fleet & Facilities, Supplies, Logistics, Accounting and Marketing)
- Serve on the steering committee for the Field Service Team statewide, participating in problem solving and research and development initiatives
- Additional Responsibilities: As this market is our newest in the state, our team here is still growing. Most Branch Managers coach teams of 20-50 technicians. The Traverse City team is still in growth-mode so our Branch Manager here will wear additional hats and utilize many of their other unique skills. Based on your skillset, we will determine these additional tasks together. As your team grows, these other tasks will reduce and your focus will become solely the development of your team
- 3 years customer service experience
- Moderate experience and comfortability in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Commitment to outstanding customer service both internally (to co-workers) and externally (to customers)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Industry related experience is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus
- Public speaking experience is a plus
