- Overseeing the Restoration Staff - Estimator/Project Managers, Claims Coordinators, and Restoration Technicians
- Process development & implementation
- Industry networking, relationship building, and referral network development
- Developing an executing the sales strategy for all lines of restoration services
- Solving high-level customer concerns
- Delivering top line revenue and gross profit margin results
- Interacting with leaders from other departments to reduce friction points and solve issues
- Serving as a member of Modernistic's Leadership Team - the steering committee for the organization
- 4 Years Restoration Industry experience required
- 4 Years Leadership/Management Experience (preferably managing team members across locations)
- 2 Years Experience with Xactimate is required
- IICRC certifications in WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT are a plus, but not required
- Experience with OSHA safety regulations is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Outstanding people skills are a must
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (PowerPoint is a plus)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
- Experience with MICA is a plus, but not required
- A Builder's License is a plus, but not required
- Willing to do some travel (mostly within Michigan 2 out-of-state conferences/year)
