Modernistic of Traverse Cityis currently looking for an experienced Water & FireRestoration Project Managerto join our rapidly growing Restoration team. Our ideal Project Manager candidate has multiple years of experience working in the restoration industry with a firm grasp of Mitigation services and high-level customer problem solving skills. This position requires a Jack or Jill of all trades involving the restoration industry. You will work hand in hand with our Business Development team fostering customer relationships and marketing Modernistic's brand while working closely with insurance agents, plumbers and TPAs. We are looking for an individual that is not only willing but passionate about rolling up their sleeves and self-performing on job sites to meet our customer's needs.

- Scope and sign jobs pertaining to mitigation, fire cleaning, mold remediation, etc
- Write estimates to insurance/TPA standards
- Lead and manage technicians on job sites
- Quality control on all job sites
- Line up trades and materials for projects and producing project schedules
- Produce jobs on time and on a budget with high quality standards
- Provide outstanding documentation on all project details
- High-level communication start to finishon all projects
- Perform site visits to produce scopes of work and sign jobs
- Develop and maintain insurance industry relationships
- Follow insurance career specific SLA standards
- File management and assistwith collections
- Ability to self-perform as a restoration technician as needed
- 3 yearsof experience in the restoration industry preferred
- 3 years of project management experience preferred
- Xactimate experience preferred
- IICRC Certifications preferred
- Outstanding communication and customer service experience
- Detail-oriented
- High-level ability to recognize and solve problems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to quickly learn new technologies/software
- Must be able to pass a drug test & background check
- Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record
- Microsoft Word, Excel proficient
