SKILLED LANDSCAPE GROUNDS MAINTENANCE LABORER
compensation: $45.30/hr ($28.85 pay rate/$16.45 fringes)
Employment type: full-time
The following responsibilities represent the essential functions of the position:
- Turf renovation duties to include sod removal, soil preparation, laying sod, mowing, and trimming.
- Sweep, blow, power wash walkways and roadways.
- Trenching, backfilling, compaction, and grading of dirt and gravel to specified rates.
- Maintain jobsite to a safe and clean standard
Qualifications:
- Two years of related experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
Required Skills:
- Must be able to operate power equipment including blowers, mowers, trimmers, power washers, vibra plate, rototillar.
- Work outside yearly during hot, cold, windy conditions
- Pass drug test
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm)
