We are seeking an experienced and reliable Press Brake / Machine Operator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake, shears, and other machines to bend and cut metal parts per job orders and drawings.
- Ensure machines are calibrated and correctly set up before production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
- Interpret work orders and drawings to understand specifications and tolerances.
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with the team to improve production processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Press Brake / Machine Operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with press brake machines, shears, and other metalworking equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Machining certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy materials.
