We are currently searching for a store manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team on a day-to-day basis, work closely with technicians and staff.
- Develop business strategies to increase our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, discussing services needed, selling work, managing team, operating store efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Must have an automotive background (4 years experience required)
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges
- High School Diploma (Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technologies Strongly Preferred)
