MAINTENACE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Summary / Objective
The focus of the Maintenance Sales Representative is to create and maintain strong lasting relationships with our clients
in the directed markets. With strong relationships from existing clients, and prospecting for new business, our Sales
Representatives are tasked with developing and selling preventative maintenance agreements within the broad range of
service offerings.
- Relentless pursuit in sales, demonstrated by the ability to knock on doors, handle rejection with resilience, and
persistently pursue leads to achieve sales targets
Capture new customers by selling new maintenance agreementsDevelop pipeline of future sales opportunitiesCompiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on territory and markets withinGain clear understanding of customers' needs and requirementsWith assistance from service support team, prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new workPrepare professional proposal for customersManage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a dealEngage in a team selling environment that utilizes internal and external subject matter experts to provide uniqueand value driven solution to our customers
Negotiate terms of service agreements and closing of sales.Ensure timely delivery of proposals to customers.Attend internal and external conferences, training, meetings, and industry events.Engage in Modigent sales training to enhance their sales processesMaintain accurate forecasting and sales activity information in the company CRM and other tools.Maintain highest customer service with external and internal customersQualifications : Must have :
High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to travel territory dailyValid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record2 years business to business sales experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteNice to have :
Technical / Industrial or bachelor's degreePrior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contractsCommercial HVAC industry experienceHVAC service sales experienceSalesforce or other sales tracking software knowledgeTravel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may beexpected.
Pay Range : $65,000 - $80,000 per year
