Responsible for various manufacturing operations, processes & quality checks.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Carefully lift, handle, process & pack parts
- Ensure safe workplace and follow all safety rules
- Wear all required personal protective equipment
- Report all accidents & any safety issues to Supervisor or Safety manager
- Follow all SOP’s and quality standards
- Ensure 1st and 2nd verifications done, verify dimensions, etc., per work order
- Inspect completed operations for quality, visual defects, accuracy & quantity
- Detect & report defective parts to Supervisor / Lead
- Report all required information & report router discrepancies
- Work with Supervisor, Lead, mentor to learn Pulverman processes & procedures
- Learn various hand or power tool operations
- Participate in relevant training activities
- Report productivity (setup & run) accurately
- Report good material & scrap accurately
- Work with Supervision to implement productivity improvements (daily)
- Work with Supervision to implement setup reduction strategies
- Operate the roller & various hand or power tools
- Report all maintenance issues and work to resolve
- Provide feedback to Management team for ideas & improvements
- Express ideas & thoughts verbally in a positive & productive manner
- Exhibit good communication, listening & comprehension skills
- Execute work plan per schedule
- Use hand or power tools based on drawings and work instructions
- Transport product between work areas
- Counts and packages completed parts to Customer requirements.
- Prepare finished product for shipping
- Be a strong team player; assist team members to meet daily production goals
- Pay close attention to detail & focus on assigned tasks
- Be reliable and adhere to attendance policy
- Maintain organization and housekeeping
- Perform other duties as requested

Requirements
- Lift, carry, push or pull frequently
- Squat / kneel, bend, crawl, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead & outward
- Sit, stand and walk
- Ability to work in hot & cold work environment
- Previous plant knowledge preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze production data, reports, spreadsheets & graphs
- Able to read & interpret customer drawings preferred
- Proficient using measuring tools
- Equipment knowledge preferred
