Akkodis is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst for a contract position with our Fortune 10 healthcare client.
Target Pay Range: $50-53/hr W2
Location: 100% Remote
Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what’s being done?
The MA LTSS rebid requirements involved developing a set of dashboard reports for self-service analytics. This has been a new capability introduced as part of this rebid. The business users are new to this capability and there is tremendous amount of work / lift needed to educate the users and ensure we meet the 5-10 dashboards needed to meet the SLA.
Top Responsibilities:
· Participate in requirements gathering sessions with NJ State users and company team members to understand business need and analyze requirements
· Able to juggle multiple tasks and work with the lead to prioritize work to ensure customer expectations are met.
· Work independently with little to no supervision by seeking guidance on work priority and dedication to client success.
· Collaborate with other Data Analysts / Business analysts to understand reporting needs and be a self-starter to accomplish objectives.
· Review and provide feedback on reporting requirements, either created internally or externally, for feasibility, gaps in requirements, and overall business value.
What skills/attributes are required?
· 5-10 years experience with Tableau
· 10 years with SQL
· 10 years with software development
· Data Warehousing knowledge
Ideal background:
Experience with LTSS data and reporting
