Electronic Technician Job Responsibilities Include
- Performs workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.
- Checks bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.
- Ensures the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.
- Assists in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Executes work as per first-time right approach and ensures the job is done on time and as per quality standards.
- Identifies improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the ways of working, communicates them proactively and drives minor improvement actions.
- Minimum High School diploma. Preferred Associates degree in Electronics field.
- Knowledge of Electronics Principles.
- 5 years of experience in Component-Level Troubleshooting of electronic circuits/PCB’s.
- Electronic component Soldering skill is a must. IPC certification preferred.
- Use of diagnostic tools (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, etc).
- Good communication and technical writing skills.
- Microsoft tools (Word, Excel).
- Candidate must be a US Citizen due to government contracts.
