Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with our Fortune 500 banking client.
Rate: $60-$65/hr W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Location: Can sit in Pennington, NJ; Jersey City, NJ; or Newark, DE
Position Summary:
Looking for a project manager with 5 years of experience. They would oversee end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments across multiple business units. We support delivery of Enterprise Client Relationship Management Solutions (ECRMS) for desktop and mobile users across multiple lines of business. This project Manager role will support work for Global Banking lines of business to deliver enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses, Obtain and align resources to key project roles
• Manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned as direct reports.
• End-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution.
• Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities; oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation
• Risk Management and Mitigation Planning; Readiness / Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management
• Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
• Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
• Acts as a Program Manager if required on an interim basis
• Ability to represent senior project stakeholders where required

Desired Skills:
• Experience working on Agile project, previous project management experience in the financial industry
