Akkodis is seeking a Workday Developer for a contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid). Responsibilities include configuring complex business processes, particularly focusing on Payroll, and providing ongoing support for integrations, reporting, and system optimizations to enhance the employee experience.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/ hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Requirements

Workday Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Performing administrative functions such as tenant configuration, data loads, integration, and reporting.
- Reviewing business workflows to ensure full utilization of system features and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Providing pre- and post-launch end-user support, testing, training, and issue resolution to optimize Workday processes.
- Creating reports and auditing configuration changes to measure effectiveness.
- Documenting technology specifications and maintaining change management documentation for compliance.
- Acting as domain support for feature releases, system changes, and enhancements in collaboration with the Workday Architect.
- Maintaining functional knowledge of HR systems across multiple functions and teams, fostering collaboration and strong support service experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday HCM experience.
- Solid understanding of at least three Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, or Benefits.
- Workday Pro or Workday certifications are preferred, with experience in Workday integrations and business process configuration.
