Contract Product Project Manager
3-4 Month Contract | On-Site in Detroit (Modish Client Site) | Potential for Full-Time
Modish Creative Co. is seeking a Contract Product Project Manager to support the development and launch of a new product line in the beauty space. This hybrid on-site role will be split 50/50 between our Detroit studio and the client’s location in Southfield.
As the liaison between the client, the manufacturer, and our creative team, you’ll keep timelines tight, communication clear, and progress moving from concept through launch.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day project operations between Modish, the client, and the manufacturer
- Oversee packaging timelines, creative asset delivery, and production milestones
- Coordinate product copy, Amazon listings, product presentations, and digital content creation
- Translate client and manufacturing needs to the creative team and vice versa
- Maintain organized project documentation and timelines
- Support launch planning, product positioning, and delivery readiness
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in product or project management
- Strong understanding of product development workflows—particularly in beauty, skincare, or wellness (preferred)
- Familiarity with Amazon product listings, optimization, or marketplace strategy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working across creative and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Contract Details:
- Length: 3-4 months, with strong potential for full-time hire
- Location: On-site (50% at Modish studio, 50% at client location—both in Metro Detroit)
- Hours: Flexible within business hours
- Start Date: ASAP
