Description
Basic Functions and Scope of Job: The purpose of the Installation supervisor is to supervise a team of Installation coordinators responsible for the installation of Modula equipment, tracks projects schedule, milestones, and timeline to ensure quality and meet delivery target.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Assign and supervise multiple projects in weekly basis.
· Hire and assign external vendors to perform the installations.
· Enforce Installation standards.
· Facilitate project solving and manage escalations.
· Manage invoice validations.
· Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice
· Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate reports.
· Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control.
· Responsible for identifying and recommending solutions for resolving work issues in the most efficient, cost-effective, and safe manner.
· Manage nonconformities escalations and internal communication to resolve them.
· Gather and analyze information to prepare status reports.
· Communicate directly with Customer, Modula vendors, Modula dealers, and internal departments to deliver a customer-focused solution.
· Track costs using work orders and invoices.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
This role is pivotal in supporting customer service efforts. The individual in this position must have a high degree of integrity, resourcefulness, and professionalism in working with colleagues and clients. Relationship building, client service, and the ability to follow up in a timely manner are critical for success. The ideal candidate will have relative experience, excellent communication and time management skills, and manufacturing aptitude.
· Minimum of (2) years of planning, scheduling, and resource management in a technical or manufacturing field such as commercial or residential construction, or manufacturing equipment installations; experience in the VLM/ARS industries is a plus
· Strong communication skills – written and verbal
· Good analytical and planning skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work effectively within a team
· Minimum education of a high school diploma required; vocational school diploma or higher in a related field is preferred
· Experience using CRMs (Salesforce), CAD viewers, SAP
· A combination of education and experience can be considered
· Travel up to 25% is required to visit Modula offices and for occasional onsite visits
