Basic Functions and Scope of Job: 

The purpose of the Warehouse Associate is to receive and store materials and coordinate with Manufacturing regarding delivery needs. A successful candidate will have prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience, safe operational experience of a forklift, and ability to work well independently and in a team environment. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Receive, identify, verify, and store materials and other inbound shipments

· Report discrepancies to appropriate departments/contacts  

· Ensure inventory is identified, maintained, and stored correctly 

· Retrieve and distribute inventory 

· Stage, strap, band, and stack products for storage 

· Routine maintenance and cleaning

· Safely operate forklift 

· Complete required SAP transactions; operate Modula WMS software

· Machine Picking

· Create machine folders

· Generate shortage lists for picked machines

· Assist with kitting ladders, shelf rails, separators/dividers from our warehouse

· Inbound stock put-away

· Cycle counting

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

· High School diploma or its equivalent; vocational or technical school training preferred

· Minimum of one (1) year of experience in related field preferred 

· Forklift experience preferred 

· Computer experience required; SAP experience preferred 

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
