This includes maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications and telecommunications systems. Working together with other Modula’s departments the IT supervisor will actively participate in local and global projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the corporate IT Manager and the Corporate Infrastructure Manager, provide updates, and seek direction on a regular basis
- Provide day-to-day operational supervision of staff to include call monitoring and ticket performance review
- Lead and mentor a cross functional team, fostering collaboration with operations, engineering, and production teams.
- Participate in local or corporate projects; may serve as a technical project lead on occasions
- Coordinate with the Corporate IT manager and the Finance team to support and monitor the IT budget
- Oversee IT systems (network, servers) and OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, MES) to ensure continuous production support.
- Recognize problems, develop recommendations and solutions, perform and/or oversee corrections within assigned specialty
- Assist and perform troubleshooting, identify root causes, provide technical support when needed.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect both IT and operational technology assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO, NIST).
- Identify security risks and coordinate their remediation.
- Manage responses to security incidents
- Monitor and enforce security procedures
- Promote and increase security awareness and training within the company
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5 years in IT, with 3 years in a manufacturing or automation environment.
- Network segmentation and architecture, virtual server environments (VMware), service desk, hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware issues, application support related to O365/Windows environments
- Good understanding of the Local and Global organization’s goals and objectives, demonstrable experience of organizing a busy and varied workload requiring self-motivation and excellent time management skills, ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours, ability to make sound and logical judgements
- Industrial Focus: Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and smart factory trends.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex IT/OT issues and ensure continuous up time of critical systems.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, bridging IT, OT, and production teams.
- Adaptability: Skilled in managing both traditional IT infrastructure and emerging Industry 4.0 technologies.
