Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and self-driven Sales Representatives to join our team at our new Salt Lake City location. About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will introduce our wide range of modular homes to clients across the country. We provide daily, qualified warm leads directly from our website, giving you immediate opportunities to connect with interested buyers. Your primary responsibilities will include consulting with clients, understanding their home-building needs, answering questions, and preparing contracts.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with no base pay. Potential earnings range from $3,000 to $18,000 per sale, depending on the value of homes sold, which range between $30,000 and $180,000. With daily warm leads and uncapped commissions, the sky's the limit for your earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients via phone calls, emails, and text messages, providing timely follow-up.
- Guide clients through the sales process, addressing questions about financing, product options, pricing, and availability.
- Provide accurate quotes and negotiate terms with prospective buyers.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts with precision.
- Secure deposits and process final payments.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in high-ticket items or real estate.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Paint (Photoshop is a plus).
- Excellent relationship-building skills and professional communication abilities.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in negotiation.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
