We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality video and photo content, editing and posting to our social media channels, and driving engagement through various online platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, social media trends, and brand growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with product launches and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video & Photo Production:
- Record, edit, and produce high-quality video and photo content for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.).
- Develop short-form commercials for product launches.
- Capture interviews and engaging content with customers and their homes.
- Content Posting & Social Media Management:
- Manage daily posts across multiple social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create and schedule social media content to maintain consistent engagement with followers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community interaction.
- Graphic Design & Flyers:
- Design and edit promotional flyers for online use and print, utilizing Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Develop engaging visuals for marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track social media analytics to measure content performance, including follower growth, views, engagement rates, and other KPIs.
- Adjust content strategies based on performance data to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Long-Form Content Production:
- Plan and execute production for long-form content, including production and vision boards.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create content that aligns with company goals and vision.
- Platform Management & Strategy:
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure content strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Manage smaller social media platforms in addition to major ones (e.g., Pinterest, YouTube).
- Oversee and manage content on the company website.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and photography (portfolio or reel required).
- Proficient in Canva and other design tools for creating marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in content planning, production, and engagement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing needs.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in working with or for a brand.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing best practices.
