Position Overview
We are seeking Sales Directors and Sales Leads to spearhead the introduction and expansion of our cutting-edge ETP and ETI solutions across the US. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of enterprise transformation, change management, organizational development, and experience in large-scale sales. You will be pivotal in articulating how Modus ETP differentiates from traditional ERP systems, driving enterprise transformation with precision and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Enterprise Sales Efforts: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting C-level executives, enterprise transformation teams, and consulting partners across multiple industries.
- Business Development: Build a pipeline of prospects by identifying, developing, and nurturing high-potential client relationships.
- Position Modus ETP & ETI: Present and demonstrate how ETP and ETI can revolutionize enterprise transformation, addressing business challenges, strategy modeling, roadmap development, operating model changes, and organizational design.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed sales targets, generating a minimum of $5 million annually from new business across industries.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with systems integrators, service partners, and consulting firms to develop joint transformation methodologies and deliver client projects.
- Market Education: Act as a thought leader, delivering insights into how ETP transcends ERP systems by centralizing transformation knowledge and methodologies, enabling seamless collaboration across teams, and embedding transformation as a core business competency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10-15 years in enterprise sales, with a strong preference for those who have completed the Oracle Sales Program or have relevant large-scale SaaS sales experience.
- Track Record: Proven success in selling enterprise transformation or ERP-related solutions with a minimum of $5 million in sales achieved across diverse industries.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Transformation: Deep understanding of business transformation strategies including change management, operating models, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to engage in high-level discussions about business challenges, transformation strategies, and operational change.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the key industries undergoing transformation, such as retail, healthcare, and manufacturing, and the ability to navigate sector-specific challenges.
