Electrical Assembly Technician-2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components according to specifications and schematics.
• Fabricate wiring harnesses and other electrical assemblies.
• Utilize surface mount technology for circuit board assembly.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical assemblies.
• Work closely with engineering teams to support the development of logic controllers and other electronic systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Skills

• Proficiency in electrical wiring and assembly techniques.
• Experience with surface mount technology is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Knowledge of using an ohmmeter for testing electrical components.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
