District Manager: $75,000 $85,000 monthly bonus

We are looking for a District Manager to be the driving force behind a motivated team of General Managers in a growing and ever-changing car wash environment. Youll be working with like-minded peers to ensure that every location provides guests with top-notch experiences. As a District Manager, you will not only have the opportunity to impact the business but also your community! Our leaders drive guest and crew member satisfaction while ensuring a safe profitable environment!

What youll do:

• Drive top and bottom-line results through leadership and team accountability

• Connect with General Managers daily to discuss site wins, opportunities, and strategies to increase brand awareness

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to assist GM in recruiting and hiring

• Conduct visits once per week for each site

• Develop talent through our career path and personal mentorship.

• Partner with Regional Director on budgets, schedules, membership sales, and retention goals.

• Own sites financial results through management of the business and daily operations.

What youll need:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel

• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility in scheduling

• A passion for leading performance-driven teams

• Experience in multi-unit management

• Car wash experience preferred

• Possess and maintain a valid drivers license

• Ability to lift or move 50 pounds

• People passionate- Fueled by the need to make others better!

• Results-driven, team-oriented, customer and crew member-centric, and have the ability to think on your feet.
