Prep Cook at Moe’s Southwest Grill
Welcome to Moe’s! As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our fresh ingredients and signature dishes are prepared to Moe’s high standards. This position focuses on food preparation, kitchen organization, and supporting overall kitchen efficiency.
Prior experience in food preparation and/or is preferred, but a passion for great food and a strong work ethic are just as important!
Pay: $14.50 - $17.50/hour (including tips)
Employees receive pay from the tip pool, a free meal with every shift worked, AND 50% off during non-work times!
You will report to the Shift Supervisor and/or Moe’s Manager on duty.

Prep Cook Responsibilities:
🌮 Prepare ingredients and food items according to Moe’s recipes and standards
🌶️ Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
🍅 Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness and minimize waste
🎉 Work efficiently to support the Moe's team during peak hours
🍋 Be punctual, hardworking, and attentive to detail
🤝 Be a team player and contribute to a positive atmosphere
🧑🍳 Prior experience in food preparation and/or culinary school preferred
