Front of House Team Member

Moe's is hiring for front of house team members. We're a casual BBQ restaurant and bar. We have a fast paced, family friendly environment and are looking to add to our crew!

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house and bar area
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs and bending
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Strong customer service skills
