Crew Member

JOB SUMMARY:

Accountable for meeting the Guests needs through Moes values:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must have a valid work permit (if required by law)
• Retail of food experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong interest in Guest Service

• Delivers high quality Moes product every time

• Maintains and delivers high quality product within Moes speed of service standards

• Demonstrates knowledge of products and service

Service

• Creates an above and beyond guest experience for each and every guest in the restaurant beginning with our infamous Welcome to Moes

• Works with other team members to pro-actively react to the Guests needs

• Models and promotes the Moes culture

Housekeeping

• Maintains Moes standards of cleanliness during shift

• Follows Moes daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedule

• Demonstrates a clean-as-you-go mentality

Training

• Able to be certified on all crew member positions

• Follows all specs and procedures within Moes recipe manuals

• Able to teach back competencies learned throughout his/her training process

Policies and Procedures

• Follows procedures outlined in the Crew Member Training Guide

• Follows cash control and security policies outlined in the Operations Manual

• Knowledgeable in register discounts and promotions

• Maintains safe and healthy workplace conditions for Guests and other crew members

• Reports accidents and incidents to management immediately

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Abiltiy to communicate with Guests and co-workers

• Ability to perform basic addition and subtractions and make correct change

• Ability to process information through the POS register system

• Ability to lift up to 50-lb. boxes of product

• Ability to work in a warm environment (grills, fryer) and react to timers

• Ability to climb ladders and bend at the waist to clean equipment

• Ability to use hands, arms, shoulders and back to build menu items for up to 4 hour periods

• Ability to work around industrial-strength cleaners

• Ability to weigh and measure during prepping process

• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours without a break

• Ability to operate the mixer required to prep specific recipes
