- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and build brand loyalty.
- Manage the restaurant budget and ensure that the operation is financially successful.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of kitchen and service staff to ensure that they meet performance expectations and provide quality service to customers.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive business.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and service, including menu planning, food quality control, and ordering and inventory management.
- Ensure that the restaurant meets all local health and safety regulations.
- Respond to customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional image for the restaurant at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
- Passion for the restaurant industry and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
